At our meeting we will have a packet for you to take. It will have instructions, another packet to give to your Guidance Counselor, and more information. We will take all the time you need to answer all questions and explain your packet.

Your payment of $350 can be paid at our meeting or sent in with your packet. Visit the page "Collect $50 for Referrals" to save $50 or more.

If you can't provide your own video we will video tape you during a game / workout depending on your sport and schedule.

When all packets have been turned, payment made, and video taken we will have your webpage up within 24 hours!
